I sold my 77RS last summer to a neighbor. The 95 RSL is so much less finicky : ) I do miss the RS. John I've had it since November. put on a...

Re: who all is running T5 heads on b202's??

Hey Jennifer, the mill is a DoAll model 200S, 9" x 49" table. I got it for free from work (where I retired from after 41 years) because they were going to throw it away. I had almost no experience using a lathe or a mill before I got it, so I am still learning. It is fun to think up proje...

Re: who all is running T5 heads on b202's??

Nice mill, What brand and size? Nice work on the head.. It has been awhile now since I started the project.. Sadly I got so sick of blowing 4th gear I de tuned Rosie and basically put the head which is fully ported and polished up in the shed.. De tuned meaning non ported head.. The advent of moving...

Re: MSS complete turbo back or =

2.5" pipe? The biggest problem I had with the MSS was the clunking if you didn't get he exhaust mounted just right. ON a few occasions I had to locally heat the pipe to bend it a tad to stop the bank.. Do any of you guys know someone who own's a CNC mandrel machine? I'd be happy to make one for...

Re: MSS complete turbo back or =

I made the last one in a 3" configuration that didn't bump on the rear axle but it was made from cheapo tube bought from one of the large online places.. Summit or the other big one.. I have maybe have enough pieces left I could scab this one back together but really get tired of fixing stuff.....

Re: MSS complete turbo back or =

That is such a shame on these older girls.. seeming to disappear like that.. Thanks for posting up the link and info.

I more than likely will end up making one out of stainless this time around.. Argh.. Where did all the good time go?

Hi Guys time to get Rosie back on the road.. The exhaust needs a complete redo and well I'm going to move away from the 3" to something more road friendly.. (quieter). Anybody know where I can get a complete system? Not in the mood for making one. I called MSS and they don't have any nor want t...

Re: Gripper Limited Slip Technical Thread

great to see this is still alive.. What did everybody do for the bevel washers that were failing? Mine is still going strong. I sold my gripper and just bought an original Saab diff instead. How come? was there a problem with hook up or reliability? I do know the original SAAB units were sweet... N...

Re: Strongest Gearbox Possible

A lot of info here to ponder. My question is who produced the original gear box parts for SAAB..

They would have the correct tooling all ready in house..

Re: 63 Bullnose Rally Project

Where did you guys find the front dampener? Last December I finially parted with my GT850's and all the NOS parts. Two Gentlemen from Sweden came out and took just about everything that wasn't nailed down.. Except for transmissions. I have like 9 transmissions still. Oh and a standard 96 They made o...

Re: 63 Bullnose Rally Project

Every time we try to take video the camera dies. Usually because of vibrations. Really. Every time. The camera usually doesn't live more than a couple seconds. I've got Bud's info. I'll dig it up and post it. We're using Venola pistons from Bud. We're on our fourth set! Too many solid objects have ...
