Improving oil pressure while driving
I find my oil pressure to be on the low side while driving. It never gets higher than 3.7 bar (cold, warm doesn't matter) but usually is between 3 and 3.5. At idle it's between 1.5 and 2 bar (even at 100c) which I think is fine.. The pump has been swapped already, since the old one sometimes dipped ...

What figures are you planning on? A bored 2.1L will generate a lot of torque!

Re: TE05 5bolt patern to 3" Vband
I have seen this pictures before I think! But this option would mean a whole new downpipe (or an extra v-band in the middle) I would prefer to cut off the 3 bolt flange of my current 3" downpipe and weld on a v-band connection.. Looks better and in case of a new turbo (the earlier mentioned GT2...

Re: TE05 5bolt patern to 3" Vband
I'm very interested! A friend of mine has what you described, but you still have a restriction then. You only make the downpipe installation easier (Which is a nice bonus of course) Something like this would be ideal I think: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/32258377221.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,se...

TE05 5bolt patern to 3" Vband
To remove even more restriction from the exhaust side, I'm looking for a flange/adapter that goes from the 5 bolt patern to 3" v-band. For the older Garrett T3's there the Ultimate wastegate: https://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=tp&Product_Code=ATP-WGT-023&am...

Welcome Reier!
I drove your 900 and it handles very well, just get those nasty rattles out and it's perfect in my opinion. :D

Re: Krizzie's white 900 Aero
2.1 head and intake are on. First impressions are good! No noticable difference offboost, but (coming) onboost the turbo feels a lot more responsive. Especially when you're cruising at say 2500rpms and you press the throttle it will boost almost immediately instead of holding for a second at 0 bar. ...

Re: Krizzie's white 900 Aero
When I went for T5.5 I had type 7's which were nice for the LUCAS system and APC control. But felt a bit short when going to T5. Then I went to type 8's which made it feel like the 7's without T5. But on longer cruises I still found the rpm a bit high (we have highways which are rated at 130kph, so ...

Re: Krizzie's white 900 Aero
Jörgens type 8.5 yes. Pretty much perfect in revs now. The type 9's were too long and too loud (Still waiting on RBM for a refund, which I'm probably never going to get..) Any downsides to the engine sitting a little too high? I've brought a 2.1 head and intake to the workshop for cleaning and rebui...

Re: Krizzie's white 900 Aero
Did some shopping over the pond at Eeuro. Since the gearbox is out again this is an easy one to do. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7826/46151510125_c0b60cd886_k.jpg https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7851/47012890392_6fff08243f_k.jpg Also received this https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7823/46426291114_dac...

Re: Krizzie's white 900 Aero
As some of the Facebookers might have seen. My Type9 primary is no more. The chains have slipped the small gear.. I don't have pictures yet, not been to the garage yet. I'm waiting for some new parts, including Jörgen Erikssons 8.5 primary. Not as long as the Type9's but a lot more quiet and a prove...
