Re: NEFR???
Hey guys, I was unable to make it to this rally, yet again.... I was at Scout Camp and was keeping up with a friend on facebook who was with the Broken Motorsports team (silver/red bug-eye WRX). Wasn't until today when I was watching a video that I realized you were at the rally. The car looks great...

Re: 1st place Hudson Valley, NY Gymkhana Victory!
Wow, July 14 is when this was posted? Didn't realize how busy work has been that it's been 2 weeks since I've really looked through the forums.
I am somewhat confused....but it looks like the goal of this is to put tennis balls on the construction cones?

For what it's worth - my issue seems to be with threads that I have read, showing up as unread.

Re: Light-pressure turbo....random thoughts, nothing serious.
Ya, I'd agree with Jordan on this one. You have a reliable engine right now and there is no sense in messing that up. Plus as it was pointed out before you already took a step in the NA direction you might better off just continueing in that direction.

Re: tow hooks
Ya, quite true. I know the air-flow on my dad's convertable has a metal tab that is pop-rivited to the front wheel well. However like you said use of a SS-screw and some RTV might be a better way of doing that.

I won't be there this year. The cost of an SOC is just flat out too expensive.

Re: tow hooks
I think your best bet might be to some up with some way to give the tow-truck a fairly official hook. Removing the front bumper is not a bad idea if you don't feel like creating a tow hook. I know this is a little more involved with the airflow bumper though. Personally I would not be comfortable to...

Re: tow hooks
I know for the front you are supposed to use this adaptor thing that comes with the air-flow kit. I think it like clamps onto the pass-side radiator support tow hook, then it drops down and has (welded nut?) that lines up with a square hole in the bumper. At that point it is similar to how most mode...
