900 Springs
Edit -
Believe the rears were new overload coils, the fronts were for the Buick.
Front

And I think I did cut a coil off of them.
Think the rears might be overload coils.

Awesome. Be sure to start a new thread and post a bunch of photos. It looked like a hell of a deal and I'd probably have jumped all over it if it werent for the whole Covid travel problem

Re: New to the group.
Welcome. The days of this site being super highly activate have kind of dwindled but a few of us still check in once in a while. Are you in Europe or are those just Vanity plates? If you are in the USA you might look at our classifieds section because there is a red 900 hatch for sale for reasonable...

I didnt mention the 71 99, 7x 96 rally car, 900 rally car, 2 900 notchbacks, and maybe more I've forgotten about. Plus some 99 parts cars still over at Jon's that we will be scrapping soon.

Re: Does anyone not have a Saab anymore?
My daily driver since 2014 is a 1999 9-5 sedan that I picked up from Jeff. Its just about to hit 290k miles and I just did all new rear brakes and front rotors and pads. It got a turbo back stainless exhaust last year and it still drives pretty nice though the body is getting a little rusty. My othe...

Re: Engine Rebuild Stand
Unfortunately you lose points for not melting down your old Saab gearbox and pouring your own crank housing from your own home made mould :)

My buddy's alabaster, got some Gremlins, notably bad tranny, but cosmetically solid: https://albuquerque.craigslist.org/cto/d/albuquerque-1982-saab-obo/7095440158.html Looks like a great car for the price. Bad time to be selling anything right now. Public transport being what it is right now and th...

Shelby wheels were only on the 87 and earlier cars. There was an 8 spoke wheel offered for the later hubs but its not a "Shelby".

Re: Where is Sorensen Rally now?
Still working on my house. Traveling 50% of the time (spent about 100 nights in a hotel this year). Got married, have two rally cars....neither ready to race and neither get to be worked on.
Luke got married, has a house.
Think Geoff is the last one to do an actual event.
