I am realistically hoping to get to BRS, though I would love to go to STPR (just for breakfast in that train car diner).

Re: GoPro on-board camera
After some initial testing the quality is pretty impressive! The only issue I am trying to work out is a way to tie the audio from the intercom into the recorder, theres no input provided so some soldering may be required unfortunatly. no one wants to hear me scream like a little girl  not true

Re: Other Hobbies / Interests
I do some photography, have dabbled in RC cars, built some computers and plan to own a gun in the future mostly for range shooting but will get a carry permit "so I can" But my latest thing is paintball, it's a lot of fun, gets me out of the house and forces me to run around. My current st...

Re: Fog & Driving Lights ?
If there's room behind that grill it can keep things looking clean. On my Subaru I have some lights behind the grill (hella micro ff) and some bigger ones (hella ff1000's) in the stock fog light location. All are driving beam pattern, I've never thought "I need less light" in foggy situati...

Re: Does anyone here have experience working on volkswagens?
They definitely should have checked for damage before making the repair.
If they do replace the head for you you shouldn't have to pay for any additional labor (imho) outside the added labor of doing it all at once.
Though if their that bad at their job, maybe another shop is a better idea?
