Re: Craigslist / Fleabay / Blocket.se / Kijiji / Thread

RadioFlyer Family Model? ;) Thought about it! Almost snagged one a few years ago, but my wife got hooked on the 9000 aero. Now she's loving her 9-5 sportcombi. Gotta admit, that 5-dr would look great next to my 3-dr! Here's one for thought - '87 vert with 742k miles on copart! http://www.copart.com...

Re: GROUP BUY: Sport and Rally Seat Skins

Oo, I have one front seat as a template but no back seat. Was going to approach an upholsterer, but them my dad bought an industrial sewing machine so I was going to try to do a set myself. But I just don't have the time. Probably going to the upholsterer soon.

SPG9 AID in a B-engine?

Looks like it might fit in my 1980 c900t. Any thoughts? Risks? Anyone tried it?

Ha. I was actually planning to do my own alignment as well until Alpine agreed to do it.

Interesting. This plastic-housed one is definitely a different setup from mine. Nice that your needle came off so easy. That's always the most delicate part.

Re: RadioFlyer's 1980 900T

ALIGNMENT WITH LOWERING SPRINGS Finally pulled this beauty out of storage a month ago to get started on some upgrades. Found a really cute little family living under the hood pad. As much as I love the fanfare, we decided it was best to relocate them. Stuck in a new Maval steering rack from Eeuro (...

Re: 130 Amp Alternator

Thanks Geoff! I was thinking about cutting off the bushing housings on the old alternator mount and welding on a set from a newer alt. Might work?

Re: 130 Amp Alternator

Thinking about sticking in a later-model alternator from a '90 c900. Looks like an 80 or 90 amp. Problem is that the mounting hole is different. I was thinking about drilling out the stock mount and the bushing sleeve, but the bushings are all totally shot. Where do you guys pick up new bushings for...

Re: 130 Amp Alternator

Thinking about a higher-amp alternator again in the '80 since everything seems super dim when the headlights lights or radio are turned on. Anyone have experience with an adjustable voltage regulator? Any major risks? Would it be better to just get a different alternator? Saw this come up on the fac...

FS: 1995 9000 Aero in Midnight Blue

Putting my 1995 Saab 9000 Aero up for sale. 5-speed manual, 172,068 miles. Apparently one of only 135 aeros made in this color. It gets a lot of compliments and double takes. Cosmetically, it has some dings and rust spots - all small except the rear passenger-side wheel arch (common on the 9000 Aero...
