Re: Turbo options on a B engine
Cool, thanks Drew. Would the APC help? And is it standalone or would I have to change the ECU, etc?

Re: Turbo options on a B engine
If one were to install an '82-84 turbo in a b20 to replace the old external wastegate unit, would the APC system be required? Would you guys recommend installing a Mitsu TE-05 over an early Garrett unit?

IGNITION CYLINDER REMOVAL AND KEY REPAIR When I picked up the car, the owner mentioned the key being hard to turn. It was not the OEM steel key, and it was getting old and fatigued, so once we tried starting the car a couple of times, I asked them to remove the key and went inside to negotiate the ...

ODOMETER REPAIR When I picked up the car, the odometer read a spry 72k miles. Fortunately, the owner admitted that it had stopped working about 13k ago. I figured that for the price of the car, he had no reason to lie to me, so it was time for a repair. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-yc0CL73n91...

Re: Another RadioFlyer 1980 c900T
HEATER VALVE REPLACEMENT The 1980 turbo came with a metal heater valve rather than plastic. This was fine and good except that someone decided that the adjustment rod should be made of cheap, brittle plastic. So the valve would last forever if not for the rod. So in going through the dash, that was...

Wonder if they could make up a set of Rally fender flares for a reasonable price?

Re: Saab 900 steering racks
Delorean, were you using this rack for normal driving, or was it a competition car? I'm seriously in need of one for my 1980 900 and also wondering where to buy to avoid repeating the procedure any less than EVER.

Re: Craigslist / Fleabay / Blocket.se / Kijiji / Thread
Actually, I was seriously considering this car the first time it appeared. Seems like you're right - folks probably don't know anything about that old triumph engine and can't get simple parts. I was thinking it would be cool to swap in a turbo B engine and c900 suspension and brakes, but it looks l...

Re: Craigslist / Fleabay / Blocket.se / Kijiji / Thread
This is the third time I've seen it change owners in the past year and a half. I found it in Utah on a local classified and the guy said he was unsure if it would make the trip cross country. He wanted like $3000 or so for it. Not sure what has gone into it since then. Looked like a neat car.
