Re: Rally Tires - DMACK

FYI. We have been running DMACK tyres on one of our evo's here in OZ and found them to be on par with the Pirelli. There are two side wall constructions the one with kevlar is highly resistant to puncture. At the price they are great value.

Re: 16 valve B motor - living the dream

The 16v in oz is an x factory engine and gearbox brought here as a spare when Blomqvist did a couple of events here. It was left when the car returned to sweden. The custodian after many years slotted it into a rhd ems road car. It has been used in some local low competitive days. As the saying goes...

Re: Article on a older SAAB

The wheels were Simmons, made in South Australia and very expensive in the day. 6inch front and 8 inch rear which made them fun on wet road. The boost was raised and water injection added. The body kit was commissioned by SAAB Australia and made by a local fiberglass company. When they were released...

Re: Spring Rates and ride height

Neil, talk to Murray Coote and get him to make dampers for you. They will not be as pricey as you think! I have Bilstein in my rally car and after he had to make valve shims and modify them (as they are old technology and parts no longer easy to get), it would have been the same price. In my opinion...
