Re: Go9sport Motorsport Shifter

Installing requires cutting/removal of the cubby under the bolster and modifications to the center console.

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

I'm having trouble understanding what you are describing and what you are trying to solve. Air bubble rise to vent to atmosphere, so yes waterline above the highest ingesting point's waterline. Basically asking what you already answered. The design of the current reservoir has the inlet port from t...

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

Trying to decide if my reservoir design will work properly... I have the larger port roughly halfway up the side of the tank facing towards the water pump. In order to keep air out of the system, does that mean I will always have to keep coolant filled above this minimum line? https://c1.staticflick...

Re: T5 Wiring Harness Help

Luke,

What relays are used in your wiring design?

The stock T5 relays look like changeover relays not dual output.

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

At this point probably won't be making a mold. Focus needs to be on getting the car running and driving.

I may in the future consider making a mold/repros when time allows.

Got the trunk from the parts car installed. This one came off an N/A car with no spoiler. Mocked up and got the holes drilled for the rally spoiler. https://c2.staticflickr.com/6/5612/29966446062_4391e3b629_b.jpg https://c2.staticflickr.com/8/7520/29785633440_c9cc616fec_b.jpg

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

The heat shrink will work if pulls down to the wire pair of expando braid diameter. Also I had the braid melt as I tried to shrink with too much heat. You can add a short section in smaller dia to add bulk and shink over it. You can get replacement boot here. 4$ each. The have different sizes to ma...

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

It is a lot of work. Some suggestions: Looking at you AMP junior timers, you should add a boot for sealing and strain relief. At the big ECU connector, wrap self vulcanizing silicone tape around the bundle and zip tie the works to the connector's "neck". Strain relief to reduce the chance...

Re: 93' Road Racer Build

Update time. Finally finished my harness build, quite the process from scratch. Re: Adding OBD Connector

My 2 cents...

If you have a laptop with T5 suite the OBD connector seems like a bit of a redundancy. I decided to leave this off my harness build.
