Check the water temp with a thermometer, 99's always read 3/4 on the gauge

Hi Scott, for my 99 rally car i used a 900s or 9/3 radiator and cut the plastic tanks off, removed the bottom plate and cut three rows of core off the bottom. made my own tanks from alloy extrusions purchased from my local alloy supplier. The outlets can be made up from old slave cylinder internals ...

Luke, remember to get the head hardness tested before machining. ( they go soft) you can use soft heads but the life before another gasket failure is somewhat short unless you re-tension periodically. But i'm sure your all over this!

Appart from a stick puncturing a rear on our first outing the flares have been great. Just needed a bit of resin to plug the split and all was good. They seem to be quite robust so far. I think you are onto a winning formula Dennis
