The flares have the hardware attached to them, the hardware for the side panels is in a jar so I believe it is all there. Everything but the small side piece.

I have all the aluminum rails along with a can of the mounting hardware. I got it figured out. It was clear enough to make out the general mounting and it made sense once I looked at the actual part.

looks like some mice took a bite out of your rad fan! The rest of the blades look like that too! Looks like a lot of custom work there. If it were me, I'd redo all the wiring. Interesting electric water pump mod. Seems at a rather high point in the system. Be sure to keep it topped off on the motor...
