Refurbishing the clutch should only take about 4 hours, and might cost about 400 bucks. Its tough to do it without the proper tools though. I'm not sure what you mean by fork? As far as I know the clutch is actuated hydraulically. Its usually just a matter of putting a seal kit in the slave cylinde...
