I don't get it

So I was at the shop on Sunday working on the race car and what shows up on a trailer but THIS car. I thought hard about buying it a couple years ago, so am happy that a fellow Saab fan in my hometown picked it up. Looks great in person.

Finally found that axle. We have no excuses for making some progress now. Well other than prepping two RX7's for a road race next month :)

I take zero credit for the body work so far. Mark Huebbe with the VW Beetle rally car did most of the fitting and welding.

Looks like Friday's rally was good for the 99 and not so good for the 900. Sat. rally was the opposite.
How come you guys did NEFR instead of WV?

I'm not sure this thing will ever run straight or ever have all the doors/hood/hatch ever close correctly again. We can probably get it back on the stages, but not sure for how long. Maybe we should just turn it into a crapcan racer, dunno. I'm losing interest in getting it going, but others are wan...
