Re: SAAB 900 ENDURO

Good work in finding that info. I have to say , I really like the fenders and would be first in line to buy , if some one could reproduce them. Birdie, we could use them on our cars !!!! Those RH drive cars and driving on the other side was something I had forgotten about. Guess I need to cross an o...

Re: 90 Talladega SPG

Hi Hutch, is that the right rear shock? If so I have one of the repair plates we had talked about. If not I should still help you fix the shock situation. Hill climbs are over after Sept 18th.

After looking over your post again , I see it's the drivers rear. either way we can fix it.

Re: Free/Cheap Saab Parts

Hutch, I'll take the trailer hitch for $25.00 and the 86 SPG master cyl. for $25.00 Does the 2.0 turbo block have any pistons in it?
And those front TS lenses look like 84-86 style. I could use them all for the Notch spares.
Super blue brake fluid is good also.
Thanks Gary R.

Cool pair of cars. Looks like they had a lot of contacts during races.

Great video- Really great car !! You should be very proud of your work. Next year I may have to get brave and come to Sweden to see the car and the Saab gathering at the SAAB Museum.

Re: Freezeout Hillclimb 2016

Real similar. RED is a 2.0 liter with N/A 10.0 to 1 pistons and a B 212 head which drops the compression to 9.5 to 1 . T-5 of course and a 3 inch X 12 inch by 24 inch intercooler. The turbo is a Garrett GT28rs ball bearing running either 14 or 18 psi. Exhaust is 3'' all the way back with a good size...

Re: Experience w/ Hoosier R7s?

The R 7 is really a track tire that needs some warm up , but staying working for 30 minutes or more. A 7 is more of a auto X tire that is predictable cold , but still gets better if a little warm. What I have seen at Track trials, is the A 6 or A7 gets too hot and squirmy and wears out quick. An all...

Re: Weatherly Hill Climb in PENNA this weekend

Well "RED" the 86 notch back lasted the weekend with 2 drivers beating it. ELI ( Ellie Sharp) my British female co pilot kept getting quicker all weekend and finished her first USA hill climb ever in a solid 3rd place. I finished 2nd after taking a Sunday afternoon lead and then loosing it...
