Re: Saab museum rally engines
That Turbo V-4 looks sweet. One of us should try that sometime . when I had my Sonett v-4 I had often toyed with doing CIS injection and making up a distributor using the first version of electronic ignition. Never got it done . Maybe I'll do it for the new owner of the car some day.

Re: What'd you get for Christmas?
I got a bag of "forbidden potato chips" and a box of chocolate covered cherries from my wife. she got a Roku from me. Since I sold my Green 93 900 race car I treated my self to a eEuro sport and Rally gear set. Then I did a big engine and trans swap and SAAB save for a friend and spent all...

Re: Look what followed me home
Jon , I am totally impressed if you are actually using a tow dolly and a C900 as a tow vehicle for those project hauls. I have not used a tow dolly in years since I bought the pickup and trailer as my primary SAAB SAVER rig. Years ago like in 1968-72 I used to haul my 59 SAAB 93 B hill climb car on ...

Parting a 87 900Turbo CV
I have a set of front spindles / hubs and axles with CV joints from an 87 900T with ventilated brake rotors. Also have the calipers with the correct frames. Does anyone want / need these? Make any offer. The rest of the car is sort of rusty / crusty, but if you need something ask. I want the drive t...

Hey Luke, I think of Norman almost wrecking you , not you wrecking Norman. The cars are supposed to be the "disposable items".
I have to agree that once you drive a car with some power, it's hard not to miss it .

Re: New Hampshire Lemons race
While I was hauling the #13 car home , I was thinking maybe a N/A car running in class B would last longer and be " some fun". This past weekend was really fun to be with all the guys and of course the free Italian dinner was great  , but I spent a lot of prep time, hauling time ...

Maybe that means you are preparing it with great precision ?? I'm loading spares in the truck and washing the car later.
Then on the trailer and pointed out the driveway for tomorrows departure.

Enco sells a $700.00 4 foot box brake that will do 16 ga. I have been looking at them since they were only $ 400 +. I have a electric KETT shear with an optimal nibbler head that I use to cut panels and sheets. I also bought a small plasma cutter years ago while building a steel sail boat that I use...
