Ok, so it's a 900 header, my bad. It looks like everything will bolt up once I trim off the tail a little. I just didn't want to cut too much off it. The issue with the rack is causing everything not to bolt up, plus chip my nice paint, darn it. I did think of taking a hammer to that part of the pipe, but I think I'd be better off rerouting everything around the rack.
