Re: Craigslist / Fleabay / Blocket.se / Kijiji / Thread

Yeah those chrome bumper 99's are very cool and retro looking, and that one in particular looks really nice!

Re: 90 Talladega SPG

Ah good idea! Now that you say that I maybe remember seeing pictures of that years ago, I will have to look into doing that, did you run into any issues with it scratching the paint on the hatch or was it recessed into the spoiler? A brief update on the audio system, and hopefully I'll have some mor...

Re: Ducktail spoiler 99/900 hatch

These are seriously cool spoilers, and I always love to pick up one-off pieces like this that are unlikely to surface again. Unfortunately I don't have a 900 to put one on, but I will send this link to someone I know and try to convince them. Good luck with the project!

Saab Sweatshirts

I went through some old clothes this weekend to take to donate and came across these sweatshirts and figured I'd see if anyone here wants them. Free if you want them in person or just pay for the cost of shipping, I'd rather these go to someone who would actually wear them. https://c1.staticflickr.c...

Re: 90 Talladega SPG

Time for my 2017 State of the SPG address, mostly so I can motivate myself and in case anyone else wonders what things I'm spray painting this year  First off, this weekend was the first nice weather we've had all 'winter' and its amazing what a nice sunny day does to your motivation. Despite w...

Awesome!

Hope I'll be able to see these in person sometime before they get hidden in an engine

Re: laminova intercooler

Awesome stuff!

I've been intrigued by water/air intercoolers in a c900 because of packaging benefits and they seem to fit my driving needs but have never quite pulled the trigger on a setup. I'd never seen one quite like that though, definitely a novel approach!

Re: New Rally Wagon

As I'm a few weeks away from hitting 30 years on this planet I've been thinking a lot about how I've changed over the years. Never has that been more clear to me than when I got excited about finding a station wagon in the junkyard, so I could get parts for my station wagon :bawl:  But I was ab...

Re: 75 99 build

First off, this looks like it will be an awesome project! My vote is to make the car the best driver it can be as its not some mint low mileage 99 Turbo thats been stored in a bubble its whole life. If you are going through the effort of rebuilding it from scratch I would personally enjoy having the...

Re: T5 dyno tuning needed

I'd try to get in touch with Jordan and see if he'd do it, I'm pretty sure he's done dyno tuning before...

Or send Mile D an email about it, he's in MA as well so could probably make the trip:

Re: Sleepy Gulch

Yeah its certainly quiet around here these days, and I don't have much to contribute so I'm a part of the problem for sure. I hope people are still at least driving old Saabs and its more a matter of not updating the internet then getting rid of their 900s... Its a good problem to have but I am most...

Re: New Rally Wagon

Is the '02 the 4 speed or the 5 speed? I miss the fun of driving a stick, luckily still have the 900s, and the fuel mileage is certainly worse around town with my 5 speed auto. I used to easily get 25mpg with the Viggen around town, with the extra weight and auto of the 9-5 its closer to 21-22mpg. O...

Re: Craigslist / Fleabay / Blocket.se / Kijiji / Thread

I actually stopped by to drop off some parts and it's a really nice place, especially the garage with all the cool Saab goodies. I don't remember this car but it may have been hidden behind other 900s... There are about a million reasons why I shouldn't buy another c900 but I've always loved them in...

Re: New Rally Wagon

Nice! I'm super jealous of the rear spoiler too, that's on my to do list if I can find one... I loved my Viggen, especially in the weeks up until I sold it and was driving it again, but the 9-5 is such a nice car its easier to move on. With the weird weather we've had recently on the east coast I ha...
