What is the round dial in the top deck? Is that the fader? And then separate decks for cassette, radio tuner, EQ, and another EQ?

Nice car. My mom still has the '85 SPG that was the first Saab my brother and I ever bought. It is not rust free.

I did contact BAT actually when I initially posted it, and if I keep getting no interest that's probably what I'll do next.
