New 99 turnsignal lenses
Did anyone see this?
This place has new 99 front turn signal lenses for US spec '77+ 99s
http://radicast.se/usd/index1usd.html
Looks like they're $109 + $15 shipping for a pair. not bad if you want a new looking car. I wouldn't put them on a fun car though!

edit: forgot to mention on the factory car the skidplate jig (frame and runners) is aluminium. that is one thing i think i will be changing. That aluminum jig should be plenty strong, especially by comparison to a flat plate of aluminum. The flat plate does OK if its thick enough (yours is pretty t...

Here's my advice: Buy a used rally G2 rally car. You are going to crash, you are going to break your windscreen, you are going to ruin your fist car. Spend the money you would on a cage on a whole car, do some work on it and go out and run a few rallies. You won't be heartbroken when you ruin your b...

Too many bolts holding that skidplate on might give you trouble trying to get it back on once its been used... The one on my car has rear mounts that slide into place (slide the skidplate backwards into them) and just one bolt that holds it on in the front. Put some foam between the plate and the ge...
