Two SAABs at a rally in the northeast, fist time since 2003 or 2004?

Well, we both ran Sandblast 08 as well and we both finished, I took 2WD overall that event.
Re: 2010 schedule (We're still alive!)
Whats the best time to see you guys on Friday? This is my first rally attendance. My grandmother lives in Mexico/Rumford and I remember seeing the rally cars downtown a couple times when I was a little kid. I'd love to be able to get some close up pics of the car as well as a few action shots!
Re: 2010 schedule (We're still alive!)
Honestly I havent even looked at the schedule that closely.
Friday morning we will be going through tech and stuff, and then I am sure there will be a Parc expose in the early afternoon. That would be a really good time to check out the cars up close etc.
Definatly feel free to hang out with us at the service areas etc, just be careful if you get too close we'll hand you a wrench and put you to work :)

Re: 2010 schedule (We're still alive!)
I don't mind wrenching at all I'm taking off work for this event so any details closer to the date as to when and where the park expose will be would be great. You guys do some amazing work and I'm really excited to finally see the car in person! On a side note, Luke are you a runner by any chance? I don't have much money to donate to the site but I can offer some shoes! Let me know what size if you're interested in being a "product tester"

Typical driver
The best place on Friday is the Recreation park in Mexico. Its on Route 17(?) a few miles north of Mexico on the left hand side. The cars do a "super special" (1/2 mile stage) through the recreation park. We're running through TWICE. The first cars show up 12:40 and are due to start the first run though of the super special stage at 1:08. Cars will go through in 30 second intervals in their start order. When all the cars are done they'll run though again. After that there is a 30 minute service at the Mexico rec. park. After the service there is a regroup at the rec. park (cars get lined up) for 15 to 20 minutes. The first car is due to leave Mexico at 2:46.
So come to the rec. park and watch the cars go through twice then stop by at service or the regroup. Make sure you get there WELL BEFORE the cars are due to arrive because there can be a TON of spectators and sometimes they've stopped spectators from coming in because they arrive when cars are starting to run. I'm not sure but they may let spectators come and go from Mexico (due to ease of access back to the main road) but don't count on it. Make sure you have enough time to park your car (could be a long walk), walk to the spectator spot, get moved a few times by the marshals, and be ready for the cars to come. Once the two super specials are done they'll let you walk over to service.
I'll be co-driving in the orange '79 VW Rabbit TDi (not a SAAB ) so stop by if you get a chance.
