Grand Prix New York Charity karting event 11/7

I know a whole lot of you from the area are going up to VT for the Rally-X events, and I'm not sure any of you are even close enough for this, but me and some other guys are trying to form a team.

It's $100 a person if we get all 8 people, in Stamford, CT, kart racing on the street. Shoot me a PM if you're gonna be around and are interested!

That looks like it would be a ton of fun if I wasnt already committed to the Rally-X trip. I'm assuming that they provide Karts and equipment?

Kinda brings back my youth in the old hood. I had a neighbor who bought an alcohol race kart. He never actually intended to race it, just picked it up to play with around the neighborhood. It was a blast doing 75-80 mph with the cops on your tail. He had the thing for a few years before the cops traced it back to him. He ended up selling the thing to pay the fines.
