Stacy,

The stuff you served last year at the events was nothing short of incredible. I'm just saying that I'm somewhat limited in the things I am capable of making, and its challenging to accommodate everyone's palate when half the stuff I'm good at preparing is something most of you wont like. Just trying to make something everyone can have.

Although I hear your cooking is good,

I'm not sure I'm willing to trust it now.

Stacey's food is great and she doesn't give me reason to worry about eating liver and other "parts" :-P
The kind of dirty that doesn't wash off :eyebrows:

I can probably redeem myself with the chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing and Bacon bits. I have done pretzel rods dipped in chocolate and rolled in Bacon. Or peanut butter/vanilla ice cream with Bacon bits. Almost everything is better with Bacon.

Looks like no conflict for stpr and nefr . The Pagoda event is 6/25-26, and the Duryea event is 8/20-21.

When is the Saab Convention?

Maybe I can just party crash the convention on the 18th and19th. And head to the hill Friday night.

Are they running a track event or Autocross this time?

Luke wrote:Yep sounds great, thats about what I was thinking too, one of the mid summer events will probably have to be nixed as I am planning a road trip up the trans-labrador highway and down around to newfoundland and nova scotia at some point from june->august.

Still heading north this Summer?
