I have been tossing around the idea of trying to make it to this event. Anyone else have interest? Its a 5 hour drive for me so I wouldnt want to make the trip solo.

The car needs to have the valve shims adjusted and a good once over, and as long as its not too cold, might be a bearable ride without functioning heat in the car. Ill need to secure my exhaust too. Theres still a little damage from the Stratton event that needs to be addressed. But the biggest factor will be If I have the money to make the trip.

I would most likely look for lodging Saturday night. Theres no way Im driving 5 hours from PA to be at the gates at 8am.

PA is not exactly the hotbed for Rally X. We have the Grandview Speedway event and thats about it. Im of the impression that Im gonna have to suck it up and travel a bit if Im gonna play in the dirt. Plenty of Autocross action within 2 hours of me, but nothing until spring.
