wish I could make it, but I do hope to contribute via cool stickers for you guys to sell (to fund purchase of rally tires, not adult beverages!)

We can be semi-self sufficient for crew but may need some help getting our service vehicle to/from service, setting up the canopy before we arrive, etc. I'm not sure who we have for crew yet, I think we might have one...

Can we bring some groceries and try to pool food or something like that?

Hey Geoff,
I will have lots of yummy food of the more healthy variety(sorry jason) as usual. you are welcome to anything I bring...but if there is something in particular you are going to bring /eat for yourselves...just let me know and i can make sure its ready for you when you pull in for service.

Really,... I don't mind the healthy stuff. Truthfully I eat better out of the service van than I do otherwise.

Since I usually contribute a meal, I have been working on coming up with something to cook for this trip. I would assume the grille is coming along for the ride again? Learning from last year, and how late I actually get started cooking, I have to try to simplify the menu slightly. I have a few ideas but I need to do some homework this week to find a recipe that will work on the grille.

a quick look at the 10 day weather for wellsboro and it looks like it should be good. Chance of isolated thunderstorms on Saturday but the days before and after are showing sunny. So wet clay not likely to be an issue...dust...most likely.

Not sure if it is still in effect, but Wellsboro had a boil water advisory. The sediment in the water had reached unsafe levels. MAKE SURE WE BRING OUR OWN WATER!

Thanks Stacy! We'll try to bring some random goods to supplement the food-stores :-) (whatever is available in Wellsboro)

Boil warning? Ewww. Bring your water filter if you own one!

Thursday night we'll be at the tioga county fairgrounds which is the headquarters for the rally on Friday. It's just off route 6 after Mansfield about halfway to wellsboro.

I hope a package arrives before you guys take off.
Otherwise maybe your parents can bring it?

I haven't gotten an email back from the sticker guy so I hope he got my email and set them direct.

Ill do my best to make it there by 5:45. I have some loose ends to tie up before I can turn my back to the shop for a few days, and hopefully I can do just that.

I'm trying to put together a meal similar to a few of the other events. Simplifying things this time since the Pasta took so long on the grille. I was thinking I should plan to do that Friday night. Just wanna make sure to make sure there is enough food. Any Ideas on the timeframe for Friday and how many people Ill need to feed? I'm gonna assume Stacy will bring that grille again?

I hope someone has some GOOD beer.
