GOT THESE ADAPTORS,TO GO FROM 114.3 PCD TO 108 PCD FOR THE 99 TURBO.....

IT GREATLY OPENS UP, ALLOY WHEEL CHOICE....MAYBE ALSO THE FOREST ARCHES,COULD GO ON?

MADE FROM MACHINED ALUMINIUM,THEY ALSO SPACE OUT 20MM....

STILL HAVEN'T MADE UP MY MIND WHETHER THOSE WIDE FIBREGLASS ARCHES,WILL GO ON MY 3DR 99 TURBO, OR NEWLY ACQUIRED BLACK 3DR 900 TURBO,WITH THESE ADAPTORS TO FILL THE ARCHES.......

You came home with a trunk load full of parts and all you show us are wheel adapters? o_O

There must be something even more fun in there! ;)

Oh, those arches are bananas!

Hah, nice, I actually picked up some wheel adapters from a garage sale of sorts in Sjuntorp, mine are 4x108 to 5x110 adapters though, so you can run 9-3/9-5 wheels on late c900s and 9000s. Did a test fit with some 17's on a 900 and they look hilarious, but are gonna need some big fender flares to really look right. Airport security thought they were awesome though, I guess a 20mm thick steel wheel spacer looks suspicious on an x-ray machine?

That dance you were doing while Paul was playing the organ was pretty good!

I didn't bring that much back, just some nos pre facelift corners from the Australian market or something like that, some lic plate brackets from various saab dealers, a couple books, and a few Dame Edna posters.

The festival was really fun, and i look forward to see more of them in the future. :D
You had a really awesome car, Birdie! Loved the welcome sign on the heat shield for the turbo. I was like, "Welcome? to what, burn myself?" Haha!

Anyway, here are a link to the pics i took, and a video of the unveiling of Neo bros' awesome 96, done by rally legends Erik Carlsson and Simo Lampinen.

On Luke's 16vt rally car, nearly every member of the crew has burned their arm reaching in to check the gearbox oil level. There is a hex head plug on the manifold that catches everyone as they reach for the dipstick.

My suggestion was to machine the SAABRALLY logo into the hex head so that everyone that works on the car goes away with the official team branding.

you might think... but ANA had about 500 of em in a crate  They had almost everything you would need to make yourself a brand new pre 89 C-900 trans, including cases, ring & pinion sets, etc.

What I want to know is how you got all those lights home without them breaking. The transmission parts add to the mystery.
