Yeah, time to do some work on that area of the car so you don't end up like Ola!

I think the modifications we discussed should help eliminate the problem.

So you were busting ball joints in the front but the rear axle seemed to be OK after the jumps. Is that because of the new rear shocks?
The kind of dirty that doesn't wash off :eyebrows:

Looking through the results we had a 25 second lead on the next fastest 2wd car over the stages we completed and about a minute and a half to the next one after that. Man I wish those ball joints would have held together! Otherwise the car ran flawlessly all day.

I'd say it was definitely a success as it proves you are able to drive the car harder and faster than you ever have before. Next season is going to be great.

Luke, is there a reason your ball joint is sitting on top of the want-ads in the newspaper?

Hey guys, i uploaded my photos to the saabrally server (in the incoming folder). It was a fun time, especially climbing up to that hill to spectate in near total darkness. All things considered i think we were lucky that the ball joint snapping didn't cause a collision. Can't wait for the next one!

They have to be moved to the gallery folder. I'll post a link.

Edit: http://saabrally.com/gallery/

I reordered the galleries as well.

May want to change the heading to BRS as it now reads bsr 2007. Hopefully max and matt will upload their images soon too. Unfortunately we didn't get too many shots of the bikes. We only made it to one spectator area during the day and had to leave before the bikes came by.

Sam, I linked your night bike shots to Advrider. All the inmates over there will be happy to see any bike pics.

That would be a good photo to use in press/sponsorship packets. Can you upload a larger version?

video from SS7 . Right at 48 seconds is where we probably broke the 2nd joint, we railed a huge rock on the landing.
