Most people here probably know I like some silly cars, but this one may take the cake. I recently bought this-
Yep. 81 DeLorean...

runs pretty nice, though it does have some of the typical "DeLorean problems" which I am working on. Let the 88 MPH jokes commence!

Go back to the 70s and rent a climate conrolled warehouse and fill it with new 99s. And go back to 1990 and tell me not to borrow my dads ss chevelle that day while you're at it.

Re: Baah, DeLorean!
naah, I only sell the ones I don't really care for that much. The fleet has ballooned up a bit as of late... I should probably get rid of a few if I had any sense, but my parking situation is such that I can keep quite a few cars around and MOST of what I buy is not going to depreciate provided it's condition does not decline - when they are indoors they won't. Personally, I can have about 8-10 worth keeping inside - I do want to leave some indoor storage room for the rest of the people I live with, and I want to keep the lifts open I do have limits, and this is likely going to be the last one for a little while........ unless I find a Sweet W116 6.9

The bags of coke were OEM. Removing them would hurt the value. In the antique and collectible market they call that "provenance".

Well the metro is a Suzuki - like all Geo products, it's just something else, be it a corolla, a Vitara or a swift- all "captive import" cars.
