I was just having work done at Scanwest and asked about the two tone 99 up on the rack and was told that it was going to be used for rallying but the 'owner changed his mind'. There may be a balance due to scanwest on that car, but it may also be up for sale. Just speculating though .. I wonder if its up on the rack to get it out of the way or to keep it from going away?
Is the owner here?

I believe that 99 belongs to a guy who used to club rally with Doug S. @ SW (name escapes me atm). My understanding is that he has since moved out of state.
