what to do in Trollhatten??

A friend is traveling in Sweden and was wondering what he should see/do in Trollhatten, in addition to checking out the Saab museum.

Your friend should see a number of things in Trollhättan.

1. The waterlocks, and if he is going there when they release the water from dam/falls (contact the local turistoffice for details) that is a beautyfull tour. There is an kanal museum as well plus a waterpower museum so lots to see there.
2. An when he is at the Saab museum, then check the Innovatum sience center exhibision next door. (turist office is also next door to the museum)
3. A walk along the waterfront trough town.
4. An there is many viewpoints around the landscape
