Oh, it was a banner fucking year at the old Bender family. I got a carton of cigarettes. The old man grabbed me and said, "Hey, smoke up Johnny."

I was thankful to get some temporary indoor space to work on this '73 Sonett

What does the sprocket look like? Would be interesting to compare to the ones I had made :)

Got some sweet books this year :yay:

Also have this 1969-1974 99 shop manual available to anyone who wants it, was a birthday present but my friend didn't notice the year .. I'm never gonna have an early-model 99 :silent:

I got a bag of "forbidden potato chips" and a box of chocolate covered cherries from my wife. she got a Roku from me.
Since I sold my Green 93 900 race car I treated my self to a eEuro sport and Rally gear set. Then I did a big engine and trans swap and SAAB save for a friend and spent all that money on a Everlast Tig machine and an Enco 10' rotary table for my bench mill. So If I can get done with my current project, a 91 990s that becomes a16V turbo and a fairly nice daily driver/ spare car, I hope to do a big home repair / improvement project.
After that is a save a Subaru engine build for my grandson. Then it's time to fix the race cars. The Hill climb car needs trans work , and a better motor (more BHP) and our lemons # 13 car needs the Sport and Rally trans plus a shifter from Luke ( hint-hint ).
That should take to late April. Retired ? what's that ?

This car started out as a "total", but it was just some very minor bumper/front end damage.
I think it was repaired by Atomic Auto, sold to Connor, who then fixed it up w/ all the Aero parts from Rod Beckner.
