So, I'm staying in Denver (Lakewood), CO, this week and next and the hotel is pretty full-up.
I'm seeing groups from all over the world and I notice an inordinate number of de-badged Land Rovers and Jaguar F-Pace's in the garage and lot.

I had chatted with some pleasant English gentlemen (they seemed surprised I recognized their rigs), about what they are up too over breakfast and wander back to my room to get my gear before heading out for a day in town.

Well, as I'm in front of the hotel, a very camouflaged Land Rover pulls out of the garage and I quickly snap a few pics. (the engine sounded VERY TDI)

I guess this caught them a bit off guard.

Just a bit ago I bumped into the same guy from breakfast. He was rather upset that I got photos and wanted to be assured I wouldn't disseminate them so I told him I wouldn't.

Crappy pics anyway, but fun nonetheless

Maybe I can convince them to let me drive it...or else!

Fine, but you are going to have to wait until Sat. My work computer won't allow me to read my camera's SD card because, viruses or something.

The best pic is a large bit of green duct tape reminding the driver to check the oil daily due to leaks! On a Jag! Whodathunkit?
