I didn't think you were referring to anyone in particular. If this all was happening a town or two away, I would have been there to lend a hand on at least a few occasions. I will be hauling the notchback project up to Jordans (if its ever ready). Maybe the cards will play out that I can lend a bit of a hand when I do.

I understand how much work it is to dig out a car sunk to the frame. I had to do it to get my 900 EMS rack out of a field find. Even stripping down a car that was recently a daily driver is a bitch.

I'm just wanting the manifold and fuel lines for a mega squirt conversion.

In that case you just need the manifold. The Fuel lines will be worthless for the mega/micro squirt conversion. There are a couple of cars with manifolds on them...and there was one loose one. I'd wager shipping and packaging around $25...say $25 for the manifold. I'll see if I can find the loose one. I have a fuel rail that is made from extruded aluminum fuel rail stock. Luke drilled the injector ports for me. It just needs the ends tapped for the fuel line fittings.

fuel rail is like this:

I think I got mine off of ebay. cut to length etc.

I have drawings, extruded stock, and proper tooling to make fuel rails for the djet manifold.

So I now how have the '74 EMS in my possession. I must say it was a bit overwhelming, which was compounded by the fact that I didn't have much time there... Jon's shop is just under 3hrs (towing) from mine so I'll definitely be making a trip back at some point.

A big thanks to Jon again for the use of his time / space. :yay:

the car is surprisingly solid other than one funky fender and some surface rust. The interior will need hazmat remediation.
