Round here, when they're really bad we back the lug bolts off a bit then take the car for a spin. Some hard cornering or a pot hole will usually do the trick.

Strange, I've had more problems with C900 wheels getting stuck than on the 9-3. I do Snakes' trick too. Loosen the nuts a turn or so, cut the wheel and back up. "When you hear the 'thud' you've gone far enough"

Years ago I nearly got in a fist fight with the schmuck at the corner gas station over a sticking wheel. My 85 900T was still really nice at this time. I was having him replace tires on my car when he encountered a stuck wheel. He proceeded to hit the face of my rims with a ball peen hammer to break it free. His response is "Do you really care about a wheel, You drive a SAAB?"

I ended up suing the guy and getting a new wheel. WHAT A DICKHEAD!

You should have started to beat him in the face with said hammer while saying " DO YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR FACE, YOU WORK AT A GAS STATION"

Then again, maybe you made the right move.

I was getting a tire patched at the place we refer to around the corner from the shop yesterday and watched all the tire busters put wheels back on with a socket straight on an impact gun, run the nuts down to pull the wheel against the hub, then go around the circle....

....I only take them wheels that are off of a car already to get tires ....

I have a useable pair of front brake rotors that came off my '73 for an early 99 that I'll throw in as well....

Bump.

Car is gonna end up at the crusher soon, I will hold on to it if someone would seriously consider paying to have it trucked away, otherwise I don't have space for it and am losing the storage area where the car has been sitting.

Have to move it by this weekend.

Before early next week is probably more accurate. Keep in mind I don't have a title, it'll be bill of sale only unfortunately

There is plenty of rusty ones for "take it off my yard" pricing that have titles. Their vin plates are probably still intact.

I've got no problem with that. This is an '87 with the largest vented brake setup that still takes the early bolt pattern wheels too.

Let me know.

What Im trying to say is that those vin plates (attached to a clean title) could be put on the clean shell. Rendering your product roadworthy .
