I just saw this for sale near me. It looks like a really nice car for 500 bucks.

Looks like a really good deal for $500. I think you can't go wrong with it if you have the space for the car.

Looks pretty decent, from VOB originally, thats in MD so that might not be terribly rusty. Its rose quartz though, yuck, and of course the purple interior.

I went down to check out the car today. The fender lips were all in good condition except for a couple of small bubbles in the passenger side front lip. Overall the car isn't too bad for a 500 dollar car does have some rust and some interesting problems. I suspect the car was hit in the front at some point but I won't know for sure until I tear into it. The front bumper is swayed to 1 side and the hood has a broken hinge where it mounts directly to the underside of the hood. The engine does run fairly well and revs moothly however it has a very bad case of cold start syndrome. There are some electrical gremlins but the wiring harness looks to be in good condition. I suspect the ignition switch is bad as well as the headlight switch however the car does start. It is a nice enough shell to be used as a rally car or race car but not nice enough to feel guilty about turning into such a car.

Now you have notchbacks in Slate Blue and Rose Quarts. His and Hers notchbacks. How cute.

Rose quarts, just like your '86. We could have a pink car party if you'd like. Or maybe a SAAB wobbly H.
edit: Oh wait, we'd need two Slate Blue cars and only one Rose Quarts car for that...

I like that color, but in smaller doses.

I guess I prefer Rose Pints.
