Looked at that car a few years ago. It was inop at the time and in sorta rough shape. Had been towed behind a motorhome (as far as Alaska if I remember correctly) with a lot of paint chips, etc in the front. Bunch of spare parts in the trunk. Looked like an interesting project at the time but was overpriced then as well. Seems they at least got it running and did some work on it. Biggest upside is smog exempt in CA due to age (pre '76.)

Its hard to tell if the tree is leaning on the house too.

A guy I used to work with had a larger Eastern White Pine break and fall onto two of his 'merikun trucks. Both passenger compartments were completely crushed. And his insurance (homeowners and automotive) didn't cover it.

I was going to send that guy an email and offer to sell him another case for $500. He could then turn around and sell it for $300 without having to do any work. I really don't see how he could lose.

My auto insurance covered that exact event after an ice storm on one of my ex-SAABs. 'Cept the roof didn't cave in, just dented it severely.
