I was under the impression that MCY cars only came to the US in 1991, but they were available in other markets. Maybe that one is a Canadian market car or something. Still cool.

That is an interesting one, could be a special order car? Totally second hand info so take it with a grain of salt, but my Uncle had a 900 vert that was repainted Monte Carlo Yellow in the early 90's and said it was a popular color at the time, maybe someone had the $$$ to order one after missing out on an SE in '91?

Did not know they made MCY cars other than the '91 SE's.

Here's one that has been for sale in Santa Rosa off and on for a couple years. Looked at it a few years ago. Had some newer paint decently done. Drove OK. Needed some clean-up to be cherry. But, the way prices are going on the more rare models, probably about right...

Is that a Turbo? If so, I'd say that is a good price for a clean CA car with low miles.

@ Hutch - don't think it a repaint looking at the door jam sticker area. Guess one could check the paint code.

@ Billy Bee - yes, a turbo. All '91 MCY and Plantana SE's were turbos I think. Aero Panels, SPG wheels, No badging or side trim, etc.

Its a shame but not surprising a lot of the low mileage c900s are Auto 4 doors but it would probably be a very nice DD or winter car with a 5 speed swap
