"chrome" strip for front bumper

Anybody have that strip for the front bumper of a rubber-bumper 99?

If your talking about the 2 inch tall one, someone suggested to me to try foil tape to make your own. Both of mine are completely mangeled, I haven't tried anything yet I just drive around with the car looking goofy!
