I'm looking for a double vent hood from an early 900. Not picky about color, but for what it's worth black is the desired end result. Not sure how feasable shipping is, so I'll consider a road trip for pick up if necessary.
I'm located in the Tacoma/Seattle area.

Dan Morley in Gig Harbor was parting out a 1979 900 EMS recently, Baby Blue, perhaps he still has it?

I have a spare here near salt lake city Utah. Awesome shape, no rust at all. One small dent on he side that would be easy to pop out. I've been saving it as a spare, but I'm about to lose my storage space. Pm if interested.

I'll check with Dan, thanks!
Radio Flyer, I'll let you know if I can't find something locally.

I know Jon Collins down in Jefferson OR has a couple, including a black one on a 5 door (it's a bit rusty though and needs a repaint). I'm sure he wants to keep the car whole, but could be persuaded with enough cash...

I have a nice Cardinal Red spare I'd like to sell. I'm down in Boise.

Found one!
Thanks to kuponut for reminding me that Dan has a huge stash. Here it is right after I backed into my garage:
Dan GAVE me the hood. It isn't perfect, but it is really pretty decent.
One of these days I'll create a build thread to explain why I wanted a double vent hood.

Dan C and I went to his place recently and grabbed the rear bumper from that early 900. Love that color; wouldn't mind having an early Turbo at some point...

Did you also get that '86 black 2dr notchback from him as well? That is a pretty nice car.

No, mine is an '85 8V. Its been my daily driver for eight or nine years now. Dan does have a silver '86 notchback stashed in the back. Another automatic though.
