I thought that putting a motor and trans in this car two years ago would get me out on the ice, but with the elusive commodity of time, and only one outing in the car, it has to go.

The car does now have a 2.0 turbo with 2.1/2.3 head mated to a 4spd with an open diff. The motor is strong and the trans shifts through all speeds great. However, TMU.

I am open to trades. I have some projects that I need a little welding help on, or some paint work, also in need of sonett stuff, or early bolt pattern 900 wheels. We can talk about delivery as well in the New England area. Come drive it around the parking lot at Jordan's shop and fall in love!

What sort of parts you need from a Sonett ? I stripped a 73 I found in a pick@pull a few months ago.

I’m looking for the front headlight assembly’s (the actual flipping mechanism that attaches to the two headlight pods), any rims, and any tans and v4 motor parts

I have some of the headlight stuff,not sure if its salvageable .
Ill post a pic later and if you want it its yours for the cost of shipping.
I kept the eng/tran. And there were no wheels.

It will need some work but the main part on the left headlight is in good condition.
The bar that goes across the hood is slightly bent and no right headlight.
I have the rod for lifting the lamps as well.
Moving to DC so was going to toss it.

The tube frame 900 is still available. There has been interest, but no follow through to date. Car can be drivetrain complete, or a roller. I’m open to offers. Saab parts are accepted tender. I can help with delivery within reason.
