I bought a couple of manual racks from spgftw a few years ago. I'm in the process of pulling a dead power steering rack out of my 86 sedan, and want to use one of the manual racks. Before I install it, I'd like to replace the tie rods, but reading this thread makes me think I need the eEurokit, as the tie rods don't seem to be available anywhere. Is that the case? Any words of advice would be welcome.

I was looking into using a mitsubishi evo rack in a 900 (not sure it would fit a 99). Those racks are actually pretty reasonably priced and have reduced ratios. I still have not confirmed the width but I think the rack is a little narrower than the stock 900 rack which makes me think adapters could be made to make it a little wider.
