I don't think it will sell near his asking price...
And in Rochester NY of all places.

Yikes.. you'd have to really really really love Saabs to buy that. Too expensive for a rally shell, and not exciting enough for most people with a brain stem.

Does look nice though. Of course my sisters red 900 was almost as clean and cost $800.

True, but your sisters car didn't have 9000 miles on it.

Not that it really matters...

It's kind of a kooky car to hold on to for 20 years.

I could see that being worth 8-10k in a "nice driver with low miles" kind of way. but 16k?

yeah i remember this guy trying to sell that car last year sometime, dont think he got any bids. like everyone else has said, pretty silly car to keep that nice, no chance he will even get half what hes asking for it.

I sent him a note about contacting GM to see if they would want it for the heritage collection. I don't know of many other people who would spend the money on that car. We saabers are a cheap lot.

yeah he was trying to sell that a few years back and I was trying to coax Mikeal H. in Canada to buy it for his collection. But he said the price was too high, even for him. I think the reserve was a few thousand $ less at that point too.

The Heritage collection is the only place I can imagine that car being, due to the price.
