I know it's a long shot, but I am looking for a 900 ducktail spoiler. Please PM me with details.

Please forward the royalty check to....
Just kidding.
I had thought about making copies of mine, but unless I could get orders and deposits for a bunch of them, it just wasn't worth the effort.
I just got lucky and found mine sitting on a shelf at a local SAAB shop.

I'd definitely be interested in one, but as you said interest may not be there.
I am sure there are more originals out there that stubborn Saab parts hoarders are holding onto.
I have a couple whaletales I'd be willing to part with to sweeten the deal for someone.

I would like to make copies of my rare 99 factory lip spoiler as well. I'd like to 3d scan and print another one. I wonder what that would cost me.
There is no such thing as too low or too stiff.

3d print jobs that large will be extremely expensive. The build envelope on most common machines is rarely larger than ~12" x 12" x 12" or so.
To give an idea, some of the parts I have here on my desk about the size of a pack of cards often run $60-$80 each if ordered in quantity, and can easily be $150 each when ordered individually.
Pulling a mold off of it and using cheap fiberglass supplies would likely be cheaper, but much messier and more labor intensive.
What is that ducktail spoiler made of by the way? Is it plastic, or fiberglass?

No Drew , he always drives like that!! He must brake real late and real hard ? I have some photos of me with a rear wheel off, but never that high.

I still had kyb's on it at the time, along with spring spacers to lift if a little for rallyx.
I was loaded in a turn over a pavement transition that had a bit of a dip. No front sway bar.
Current setup is much better.
Ducktail is molded ABS.
