Re: Saab 99 2-door plastic gas tank
I have several older 900 Plastic tanks that I saved, but I am not sure about the fit. The price would be right As in FREE !
I am near Boyertown PA. I have the fuel pumps and the rubber mounting also. One came out of a 2 door sedan.

Pretty sure the 99 sedan plastic tank was one year only, 1980. Dimensionally the same as the '80 900 tank (which also fits 99 hatchbacks) but the filler is on the opposite side.

That is one worth having! Iirc, it is nearly 20lbs lighter than the steel, but use a 900-style pump w/ pre-pump as the plastic tank doesn't have surge baffles.
