I really need this setup for the race car, but it has the Volvo tdo4 which doesn't play well with the block off plate.

Wow this is a killer deal considering material and labor costs, I'm trying to convince myself how I could use this but my TE05 has a weird flange as well and a GT series is way more turbo than I need...

Hutch your TE-05 has a T-3 bolt pattern. when I got my Gt28, I just specified a T-3 Housing and the rest was history. Looks like Dennis's setup is bolted to a stock 16 Exhaust manifold.
So buy the turbo and the waste gate setup and learn to fly, on the streets that is !!

Re: FS c900 downpipe w/ ext wastegate and midpipe
The TE05 has the 3 bolt T3 pattern for the downpipe but it was my understanding that the turbo itself has a different pattern, mostly because the TE05 has the wastegate flapper as part of the turbo itself whereas the T3 has it in the flange. If that makes any sense? This picture sort of illustrates the problem:
But I've done a good job convincing myself that I need this for the vert today, so theres a PM heading Dennis' way

Hutch , what I was trying to say is buy the GT3071R that Dennis will sell and then also buy his down pipe and waste gate setup. Then you will have all the power you could want.
I have tested the limits of TE-05 units and they are fine for quickish spooling up and a nice power band, BUT they run out of steam at high RPM and an old T-3 Garret will make more power at 14+ lbs of boost.
Also to clarify, I wanted to say the GT3071 would bolt up to a stock 16V turbo exhaust manifold , unless Dennis ordered that unit with a T-25 flange.

Well if the turbo I had wasn't just Ericsson rebuilt and plumbed I'd be very tempted. Can you pm me your killer package deal anyway ? Maybe a three way horse trade with hutch buying the td04 set up for a c900. Plus Gary has a downpipe setup for that turbo already :)

Re: FS c900 downpipe w/ ext wastegate and midpipe
Ah gotcha, that makes sense... I'm too much of a wuss in my c900's to need that much power I'm afraid of blowing up a transmission as is, I think 200hp and 240 or so ft/lb is all I realistically need in a c900 these days. So in that regard my TE05 with the 16g wheel is just what I need, though your hybrid TD04 is VERY tempting as I think that would be a great DD option like the TE05 but shift the powerband up away from the transmission killing low end of the TE05.
Anyway, unless shipping turns out to be thousands of dollars looks like I'll be picking this up. If you need a spare GT turbo we can save on shipping costs
Ha just saw Jordan's message, if we can work out some sort of crazy 'Lets Make a Deal' trade I could be interested

For the record it is 16t td04. So right there in your ball park. Faster response than a t3 but really good legs at high rpm.
