So, I just picked this dusty old gal up last night. Its a museum piece. If you are in the visinity of New England you need to come see and drive this car. Its a long story of how I ended up with it and I will update tonight after work but I had to share some picks I snapped this am.... and no, Snakes you can not have the rack out of it. I will also fill you all in on the Veggi powered 1959 190d, which contrary to that cool shot it is about as fast as a Farmall Cub when its going down hill. But I did run La Carrera Panamercana in it in 2009; I need to get back there, or do the Targa Newfoundland with a 99 e300 3 liter turbodiesel shoehorned into it... I digress.

Oh, and Jungletits can you tell your girlfriend's grandmother to stop leaving her toothbrush in my bathroom, it cramping my style, and my parents think its weird.

So is that still Eric's or yours (again)? Did he find it a new home (like his sad old dog) before departure for España?

Those seats look in great shape.. blue is probably my favorite vintage SAAB interior. I know where a double hood vent 900 blue EMS is for $500 that wakes me up in the middle of the night .. but I've got enough on plate

Nice! I had an '80 900T parts car in the same color/interior configuration. It was awesome except the rust holes.

I had a 5 door turbo like that.... never was a big fan of the interior.

It was pretty cool overall though... had AC, cruise control, nice stereo/speakers and some dope ass incas.
