That is the international 99 Turbo Rally team building 2 replicas of the cars SAAB competed with in the 1978 RAC rally.
On our site we have pictures tons of movies. Including an interview with Stig Blomqvist!

It looks like things are coming along nicely. Are you building a custom intake/chargecooler to replicate the one on the works car?
