Yes, there was quite the cloud of overspray on everything, the whole floor was orange.

I realized that the pile of parts i have ready for this car were all junkyard scores from over the years, I didnt have to buy anything other than paint so far. Nice to be able to use some of this stuff I've been hoarding.

I have waiting:
-Sport and Rally Skid Plate
-Roadholding Springs
-Bilstein Sport shocks
-Soccerballs wheels
-Plated A-arms
-Factory Tow Hitch
-SAAB Basket Roof Rack
-SAAB rubber floor mats
-Hella H4 headlight inserts
-Vintage Hella 192 driving lights

You should put the mss spacers in the front with the sas spring spacers in the rear...makes those spg springs work a little better and maintains stock road height

I had some time and nice weather over the weekend to finally put everything back together on this car. Its now fully assembled and running great. Still some odds and ends to do but the hard work is done and I think it looks pretty good!

That came out awesome. I have a feeling you're gonna be driving that quite a bit. Maybe a new favorite ride?

That looks really good. Total wayback machine.

You need to stage a retro photoshoot...doll up in some bell bottoms and wide collar shirts...and have it parked under a tree...with a picnic blanket spread out...

Something about the color saturation on the first photo makes it look vintage.

I used the "sunset" setting on the camera. The Chamotte color tends to shift a lot in different lights, it can go from an intense orange to a dull yellow depending on the time of day.

I am sure there is a similar app for the Iphone...but the droid has an "fx camera" that will do polaroid shots...comes out looking very vintage.

I am SO jealous... That is a beautiful car. I really like the pre-87 headlights on the 900s.
I wish my car had winter mood technology.

Sweet, Sweet ride. Reminds me of my first car and where all the trouble began, '83 900 base given to me by my architect aunt (of course) for free.

Maybe a photo shoot like this?
