Gasoline. Make sure to have fresh air, and good gloves.

Wow! I can't recall who, but there was someone producing patch panels for that exact repair.

I bought one once, pretty good quality and saved a bit of time but they are kinda pricey.

I never did like the Silver KYB shocks. Are they Gr-2's ? I have the white ones in my car and they still arent that great. Do you plan to upgrade them?

the KYB's are just about the worst shocks for a C-900 I have ever experienced. The original equipment sachs-boge are worlds better, even if you have a used set with 200K on them, they are likely going to be better than new KYB's. The Bilstein shocks are nice too, I have them on my car, however I find them to be too firm for most normal driving conditions and tend to make the car "crash" over bumps. However, for autoXing they are probably about the best you will find.

yea those came on the car, iam going to be trashing them as soon as i get more cash, i'll probably get the bilstine HD's. i had them on my old C900 sedan they worked ok i thought they could be a little stiffer for Solo but they did the job. i ideally wanted the Koni's but i dont think there available anymore. but i got to buy tires first and we all know that a rim and tire combo gets expensive
