Every time I've had tons of pressure out the dipstick I've had a piston cracked, not just bad rings, hope that's not the case, especially if it was running fine and all of a sudden tons of pressure in the crankcase.
Several people I've talked to really like Total Seal, I've never used a set myself.
Dave Kennedy usually builds with OEM ductile iron top ring, and total seal oil and 2nd compression rings I think, my last customer build used Total Seal rings and Wiseco pistons.
