So I'm back in business driving the 9-5 again. Pretty much a complete teardown over the past few months. Finally passed emissions a few weeks ago and so far so good. I thought i'd share. Its very fast and fun. Just enjoying it now.

This is the parts list from this go around:

brake booster
TCS line
sway bar front
sway bar rear
cleaned and resealed oil pan
oil pressure sensor
serpentine belt
serpentine belt tensioner
serpentine idler pulley
serpentine belt protective cover
custom made 6 puck clutch by clutchnet
aero pressure plate resprung by clutchnet
dave kennedy lightened original flywheel
clutch slave cylinder
clutch master cylinder
genuinesaab.com braided steel clutch line
genuinesaab.com sport transmission mount
ball joints
steering tie rods and boots
steering tie rod ends
front bumper
rear bumper
starter
alternator
JT 3" exhaust
front right and left control arms
sway bar end links left and right
installed new control arm bushings
o2 spacer to pass emissions
subframe bushings
retapped subframe sway bar mount due to broken bolt
replaced dog nuts on subframe reinforcement beam. these were rusted beyond repair
retapped upper transmission mount
Removed old fog lights and replaced them with dummy placeholders
Removed and plugged headlight washer system
There is no such thing as too low or too stiff.
